We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the guidelines below and take note of the safety information provided through our videos and signs throughout the arena, including in our designated Safety Area. Always stay within your abilities—only attempt jumps, flips, or tricks that you feel confident handling. Remember, these activities can be risky, so please proceed with caution. For your safety, please ensure that a team member is present before engaging in any activities. Not following these or other safety rules may result in the loss of your playtime. Disclaimer: All participants entering the activity zone must have a completed and signed waiver on file. For those under 18, the waiver must be completed and signed by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized individual with power of attorney. Your safety is important, including proper recovery time for injuries. Guests wearing soft or hard casts will not be permitted to participate in activities.

Guest Responsibility

All participants entering a court or activity area must have a completed and signed waiver on file. For guests under 18, this must be done by a parent, legal guardian, or an individual with power of attorney. Before participating, it is the responsibility of all guests and accompanying adults to ensure the following:

  • Waivers are properly completed for everyone in the group.
  • All participants have reviewed the rules.
  • Rules posted throughout the facility have been read by everyone.
  • Valid jump or activity time has been secured before entering any trampoline court or activity area.
  • All participants fully understand and agree to follow the rules and instructions given by staff members.
  • Participants are in good health and free from any restrictions that would prevent safe participation.
  • Personal items like eyewear, hearing aids, braces, prosthetic devices, watches, phones, and cameras are secure, impact-resistant, and appropriate for use in an active sports environment.
  • Participants are aware of their surroundings and are responsible for avoiding collisions with others.
  • No guns, knives, sharp objects, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
  • Participants should be mindful of their physical limitations.
  • All posted rules and staff directions must be followed at all times.
  • Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from participating.
  • Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and cannot be left unsupervised.

Arena Information

  • Safety signs are posted throughout the park, and team members are always available to remind you of these rules if needed.
  • Team Members are stationed across the park to enforce safety guidelines and assist in the event of an injury.
  • Routine safety inspections are conducted regularly to ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Springs between trampoline mats are covered to help prevent accidents.
  • Padded coverings are installed on all posts within activity areas to protect participants from injury.
  • Park netting is strategically placed to separate attractions and safeguard the steel framework.
  • Foam pits are engineered for a clear landing pathway, with foam regularly cleaned and circulated.
  • Trampoline mats, pads, and decking surfaces are cleaned and disinfected daily to maintain a safe environment.

FREESTYLE JUMP RULES

DO’S

  • Participate at your own risk: Be mindful that flips and other tricks can be dangerous.
  • Wear park-approved socks: Always remove street shoes and put on the designated SkySocks.
  • Empty your pockets completely before jumping. Remove all jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, rings, and avoid wearing belt buckles, keys, or key chains.
  • Walk on and off the courts to ensure safety.
  • Stay in control: Always be in control of your body and avoid any aggressive behavior.
  • Master the basics: Ensure you have mastered single trampoline jumping before attempting advanced skills like aerials or flips.
  • Land safely: Always land on both feet and bend your knees to stop your bounce.
  • Jump in the center of the trampoline for better control.
  • Land on the nearest trampoline when bouncing or flipping off the side walls.
  • Be aware of others: Jump with people of similar age and size to prevent collisions.
  • Prevent collisions by being mindful of those around you.
  • Follow all rules and instructions provided by Team Members.

DO NOT

  • No sitting or lying down on the trampolines or in the activity zones.
  • Avoid landing on safety pads: Always aim to land on the trampoline surface.
  • Never land on your head or neck to prevent serious injury.
  • Refrain from attempting dangerous tricks: Prioritize safety over stunts.
  • Do not double bounce or interfere with another jumper’s bounce.
  • Avoid double flips: They can be hazardous and are not permitted.
  • Limit flips: No more than two single flips in a row.
  • Keep your mouth clear: No gum, candy, food, or drinks while jumping.
  • No running or racing across the trampoline courts.
  • Do not push or tackle other jumpers: Stay respectful and safe.
  • Avoid touching any perimeter netting or top pads.
  • No throwing balls at another jumper’s head or neck area.
  • Do not wear wet clothes or unapproved body paint during activities.
  • Only jump when a Team Member is present: Safety supervision is required.
  • Avoid unnecessary risks: Stay within your comfort zone.
  • Do not jump from trampolines to decking: Always exit properly.
  • No diving headfirst into foam pits: Always enter feet-first.
  • Do not attempt gainers: These maneuvers are particularly risky.

VIRTUAL REALITY RULES

DO’S

  • Adhere to all park rules and follow the instructions provided by our Team Members.
  • Wait for assistance from a Team Member before starting your activity.
  • Maintain control of your body at all times to ensure a safe experience.
  • Handle the Virtual Reality equipment with care and respect.
  • Return all equipment promptly once your gameplay session is finished.
