Do 17 year old count as Jumpers.
Yes, children under 18 count as Jumpers and need waivers signed by parents or legal guardians
Do you offer catering services for facility rentals?
Yes, we offer a variety of catering options. Please scroll up to see catering detailed packages and menu.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, you may bring your own food. Food needs to be ready in platters. No cooking is allowed inside, outside or in the parking lot of the facility
Can we bring decorations?
Yes, for Private Paties ONLY you are welcome to bring your own decorations to personalize your party space. You may also hire a vendor to set up your decorations. Please make sure the decorations are safe and family-friendly. No confetti or glitter is allowed. Please read terms before booking.
How far in advance can my Vendor come to set up.
Your decoration vendor is allowed to start setting 60 minutes prior to the party time. The Vendor needs to provide their own ladder, extension cords. No shine spray is allowed on balloons. Backdrops or rentals need to be picked up exact time party ends.
Do I need to provide Beverages?
Yes, you need to provide bottled waters and sodas. We will provide ice and ice chest for your beverages.
Is a deposit required to secure the rental?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking.
