The Basic Membership provides 1 hour of activity time daily from Monday to Friday (based on availability). The Elite Membership includes Unlimited activity time Monday–Sunday (based on availability), 10% off VR tickets, 50% off semi-private party bookings, 10% off trampoline and VR tickets for friends and family, and NEW—SFC Fit Club gym access next door included (full 24/7 membership with on-site security; $100/month value).
How do I sign up for a membership?
Signing up is easy! Simply select the membership option that best suits you from above. All memberships must be paid in full at the time of sign-up.
Are there any special benefits for families?
Yes! With the Elite Membership, your friends and family can enjoy a 10% discount on both trampoline and VR tickets. It’s the perfect way to share the fun and savings with your loved ones!
Do I need to book my activity time in advance?
Yes, all activity time, whether for Basic or Elite members, is based on availability and requires online booking.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! You can cancel anytime after your third monthly payment. While memberships are non-refundable, you’ll still have access to all benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Are there any restrictions on when I can use my membership?
Both the Basic and Elite memberships allow access from Monday to Friday, and all activities are subject to availability. Weekends are not included in the membership plan.
